One of the ways to test the accuracy of gears is by using a gear lead profile tester.
We test gears manufactured on a hobbing machine, adhering to strict DIN 3962 tolerances—European standards for cylindrical gear teeth.
This test checks the Profile and Lead of the gear teeth to make sure they mesh smoothly and operate efficiently.
